Created in partnership with local collaborators Brumbox and Taylex Group, the installation is a tribute to Birmingham’s community-focused ethos and creative talent. By lighting up this iconic greeting, the installation invites visitors to experience the kindness and connection that defines the city, while highlighting the power of local partnerships in bringing this glowing artwork to life.

Brumbox is a small, local merchandise business based in Birmingham City Centre. Run by a passionate team with a background in design and the arts, they take pride in designing thoughtfully made, Brummie proud products that stand head and shoulders above typical merchandise.
Taylex Group is a creative production agency at the heart of the Live Events, Exhibitions and Brand Interiors industry. With an 18-year history of delivering high quality production projects for leading brands both regionally and internationally. Taylex Group headquarters are based in Halesowen, Birmingham with offices in UAE and Europe.
ABOUT THE LEGACY PARTNER
Colmore Business District (Colmore BID), established in 2009, enhances Birmingham’s business quarter, home to over 650 companies and 40,000 employees across 5.6 million square feet of office space. Colmore BID focuses on enhancing the area through projects like the Ladywood Community Project, Colmore Food Festival, and cultural exhibitions like Nicklin Unseen. SUSTAINABILITY INFORMATION
Alright Bab! Uses low voltage 'neonLED' technology instead of energy-consuming high voltage traditional neon tubing. The steel has been cut using low-waste laser incision methods.
